daft question but do you have an iphone? there is a App that is addictive called words with friends and you could play this for hours.

I had this really bad with my first pregnancy and have just started to get it again with this one. If you were a wrist support it helps especially during the night.

I've been told baby might be back to back and this might help get him into a better position. Worth a try!
