zach's sleeping through, but it's 12 til 10, i want to make it earlier but no idea how!

i did when zach was first born, it was the only thing that would get us some sleep, and if it works, it works.

do you think it helps tire your little ones out? or does it waken them up even more? (edit for poll, probably easier than us all typing an answer out)

i can feel for you on this too, my stomach is a horrid shape now and my hips are loads wider. so, i spent about £100 on new clothes, and still don't feel any better!

not really cleaning, more sorting through things and organising - which was useful because i'd just moved house!
