Be careful and watch for swelling or rashes. I have read that pregnancy can cause you to have allergies that you previously haven't, so if the lotion doesn't help call the doc as it may be a reaction to the ink. It's probably just dry skin though, I have been SO ITCHY lately! My tattoo is on...
