Since coming off the pill in August my cycles have been really long: 34 days 62 days 60 days Anyway, I've started to take Agnus Castus to see if that will shorten it as well as EPO to help with CM. I know that that I have to stop taking the EPO when I've ovulated but what about the Agnus Castus?
