Just reading the book will be VERY useful. Oh and it's not too late to plan a home birth - even at 36+ weeks ;)

The technology IS marvelous when you are 'high risk' but for a normal, healthy pregnancy it's often safer to be at home AWAY from the risk of interventions..... UK mums please also bear in mind that Sheila is based in Canada so some things about procedures may be more geared towards Canadian...
