    Worried about PND

I had anxiety and depression when I was 7 months pregnant (took panic attacks all the time, developed a sickness fear) but didnt get help until he was about 4 months old. It was an awful time of my life but as soon as the tablets kicked in I felt a massive difference :-) don't be scared of it...

    Breast feeding

Jones if it makes it easier maybe express a bottle for when you go out? I bf in public, I felt a bit awkward but I did it. But taking half an hour to feed when your out is a pain since you can enjoy your meal. If I were you I'd bring a big expressed bottle and it will be drunk in no time! I...

    What to go on to?

Becky I agree with u about what were all told about breastfeeding. This airy fairy image of feeding baby and "bonding" like it's magical... Breastfeeding my first baby was awful. I didn't think my supply was good enough, I cracked and bled and she wanted on me ALL the time. I dreaded her feeds...

    Silly question

I don't even bother steeping it before hand I just throw it in the washing machine like you. I've usually got a wash on every other day.

    Wheezy baby :-(

Oliver had a cold and you could hear his chest rattle when he breathed and he would choke at night lying on his back. We raised his head up a bit in his basket, used saline drops for his nose, put obas oil on his blanket and the doc prescribed antibiotics.

    4 months baby rice/porridge

Where have you been Emma, haven't seen you on here for ages! I would say just a couple of spoons because at this stage it's just about trying out the idea of using a spoon and discovering a new texture, it's not so much about filling them up just yet. That's a shame your still up during the...

    advice on 2nd labour

Roxane I know how you feel. I was scared of giving birth second time round even though my first labour was quite a positive one. But I shouldn't have worried because t was much easier and only lasted 3 hours from first twinge to birth! So it will probably be easier, won't last as long and you...

    Baby Bath Problems?!

Yeah it's too much of a hassle filling the baby bath so at the minute I'm using the bathroom sink! My bath is quite deep and wouldn't be able to hold him properly, plus it kills my back. Ill use the baby bath when he's sitting up though. Can't think of anything to suggest really. What about a...
