I have to say my biggest best piece of advice is to have a couple of bed days :) literally stay in bed all day with your little one, I did it and couldn't believe the difference it made :)

I've been having this problem too and dex will be 9 weeks this Friday It's the same thing, it just sort of flows out with no warning....and only seems to be when I'm out

Hey all Dexter seems to have a big appetite lol So I was wondering how old your little ones are and how much they eat? Dex is 9 weeks on Friday, and he has 6oz at a time about 6 or 7 a day, sometimes he doesn't finish it tho

I've developed quite a love of the natural confectionery companies sour jelly squirms too, they are yum And it sas natural in the name.....so they must be good for you lol

I haven't had it yet lol Hubby had taken it out the fridge to make space for milk, and I can't drink it warm lol so robotics the night....mmmmmmmm :)

Well so far your nt doing very well to get me on the healthy track lol Mmmm I love grapes, think I'll get sow next time I'm out :) Oh pick and mix is yummy.....but they don't always ave the ones I like.....bubblegum bottles and foam strawberries mmmmmmmmm

Yeah I thought it looked uncomfortable too, I can imagine if it was my skin it would be itchy lol But he doesn't seem to even know it's there :)

Dexter is breast feeding and has a dummy, he hasn't had any confusion either :) he doesn't have it a lot tho, just occasionally when he s struggling to nod off, other times he isn't interested at all and just spits it out, I think he knows when he wants it and when he doesn't

Hello I got a breast pump, steriliser and a few bottles before I had dexter, so they were here ready, but didn't bother getting any formula I've breastfeed him since the start with only one bad day where I couldn't get him to latch on properly, if I'd had formula in the house that day I'm sure...

Dexter has it to, he was 2 weeks overdue and is now almost 3 weeks old It's getting better now :) I've been giving him warm baths and then alternating between baby oil and baby moisturiser rubbed into his skin

We had a midnight feed last night and he has just woken back up so is having another feed now :) he seems quite sleepy so I think he will end up going back down for another couple of hours

Ohh i haven't had flap jack in years, yum I think I'll have to give that suggestion a go :) I have found a ew love for tea and biscuits ( always liked it but used to go weeks without a biscuit.....now I have them every day lol)

He's only 2and a half weeks :) I actually don't mind this at all, he is so good, feeds at about 7/8 of an evening, falls asleep then occasionally wakes at 11 for a bit more ( but nt very often) generallyhe sleeps right through till 4 :) Then has a good long feed ( like he is right now lol) and...

I was thinking of having it while I do his night feed to as I'm generally sat eating my dinner then lol Plus then I know I've got hours till his next feed.......normally now ( 4 in the morning) Right tonight I shall be enjoying a cider woohoo

So ladies what drinks and snacks do you set yourselves up with when settling into a feed? I need some inspiration to move me away from the chocolate bars lol
