Just to add, i fed her my EBM for the first 3 weeks and then after that we had to switch to formula it really really upset me but she has been fine so if you have to do it please dont beat yourself up like i did :hug: :hug:

If you can i would try and stick just with the b/f i was in SCBU with Macey and so had quite abit of pressure on me about Maceys weight gain, i ended up having to express due to the problems with her being under phototherapy for so long it caused havoc with our breastfeeding and when i tried to...

Macey also wakes up with a blocked nose and sometimes in the night i can hear her being snuffly so i will suck it out using a little nasal aspirator, they are great for removing bogies too! I also have her head end of the cot raised slightly which helps her a little

one so far!

I am doing BLW in a couple of weeks, i have already given her some carrot and cucumber sticks and orange segments this week to see what she would do and she immediatly put them in her mouth and started chomping amazing! Macey is my first, i liked the idea of BLW as there seems to many benefits...

This happened to me at around 23 weeks, i had my own doppler so i could listen in and listen for HB, and i could hear her moving even though i couldnt feel it, i went in to get checked out but all they did was to listen to the HB, as they explained that at that stage baby is still quite small...

If its just suddenly started happening and nothing else has changed in her routine, it might just be worth nipping her to the vet for a check up as they can suddenly change their behaviour if they are poorly, she may have something that is niggling her and making her feel strange :hug:

no when i went and got the pill at 3 weeks i asked the doc and he was happy for me to as long as i felt ok, i didnt do any long journeys though

I have filled out this one a couple of years ago, your OH just needs to answer each one with as much detail as he can, kind of with a beginning a middle and an end if possible if that makes sense, when i got my feedback i got marked down where i hadnt explained something as well as i could have done

Hopefully it wont come to it but boots do a diabetic chocolate which is ok just dont eat too much otherwise you will be in the loo all night :rotfl:

Tesco do 1 tog sleeping bags! they are about 10 quid thats what we use, we also have a mothercare 1 tog which was about 19 quid, macey was born end of august and has been in a 1 tog from when she got home, our bedroom is always around 21c so she just has a sleepsuit under it

They will refer you to your local hospital consultant led team, they will send you to a dietician who will basically tell you what you should/shouldnt be eating - i can tell you now, the chocolates got to go!! you will have to go on a very strict no sugar diet, it gets very boring i am afraid...

From birth, i knew LO was going to be big so didnt see the point in a Moses basket for her.
