Red Patches on baby’s stomach - Concerned

Hi all,

My baby will be three weeks old tomorrow. We’ve noticed he’s developed some red patches in his lower abdomen which are quite big and have been there for over a week now. Seen a paed and been to emergency, both told us not to worry about these but I still am as they do not look right. Anyone seen anything like this before as we’re very concerned.

Could be anything at this point. Poo is greenish with a yellowish tinge. Baby sleeps quite well and doesn’t seem unsettled.

Important point is that he’s still 100% breastfed.
