Nhs after care?

Monday 1st Aug I took a pregnancy test which was immediately dark positive and clear blue confirmed 2-3 weeks. That night I had horrendous pain where I couldn't sleep and ended up with sickness and diarrhoea I believe due to the pain my body was in. After internal examination and scans I was told fluid was found in an area it shouldn't be, a possible area where baby would be but I was probably to early to tell but other than that things were ok for someone who gave birth via c section 4 months ago!!
HCG results were phoned to me later on and only 77, I had these repeated and unfortunately went down to 35. I had spotting but since started bleeding.

Now my question is will there be any follow up with what's been found, the dr mentioned endometriosis (when seeing the fluid) but nothing else was mentioned about this.
Will I be offered any after care? Information? Anything really?
This is my first but feel I was told it has ended via telephone and now nothing..
