I've taken 1000 - 1500mg daily since 37 weeks, I did insert 1 capsule one night but I found it was just messy (you have to prick the capsule a few times before inserting) I also heard about rubbing it in your bump but I've not tried that.

Woke up this morning and lost some of my plug. I've been having some cramps on and off and every time I go to the loo I get lots of mucus when I wipe and bits in the toilet. Cramps are now getting stronger and radiating towards my back! Now going for a nap in case this is the real deal, so...

I know how you feel on this one, I'm still waiting for the soft stools to come! I think it might have something to do with baby dropping and squishing bowels more but I don't know!

I'm on iron too, I didn't realize I needed them as I'm always tired anyway but I had dizzy spells and nearly fainted twice!

It's good you caught it. I was tested at 37 weeks and again today as the test only lasts so many weeks. Hopefully the antibiotics sort it out, I'm sure everything will be fine!

Just got back from the MW's and baby is engaged, I'm 1.5 cms dilated but cervix is still think and high. She did the sweep which was a bit eye watering but manageable :dance: and she touched his head. Come on baby time to show yourself!

I can't believe I've made it to my due date. I was so sure he would be early but seems like my little man is taking full advantage of his home after it taking so long for us to get him in there! One minute I want him out & the next I'm scared of labor & want him to stay in a little longer...
