Ive always had a flaky scalp and have used polytar shampoo occasionally to clear it.

I know lots of us are feeling exhausted/ having trouble sleeping etc so thought we could mayb put together a list of healthy foods/drinks to give energy but also to aid sleep eg camomille tea x esp if they can be pre-prepared or carried around in handbags!

Went to docs today and this is first preg so had to do a urine sample but I also have to go for bloods next week so what are they for was a bit dazed so didn't ask bit silly I know.
What do they normally do them for?

Got strong lines and cb smileys pn saturday and sunday tested tonight and no smiley so my question is when is my first dpo? Today or tomorrow?? I use my dpo as my LP is 12 so know Wen period or testing is due based on dpo!

First month ttc properly and today is 12 dpo n witch has arrived expected her earlier but i ovulated late. Is 12 dpo long enough for egg and spermies to do tgeir thing, implant n create preg hormone? Confused.com
