Make sure you drink alot of water, maybe try eating some oats to increase supply. They say watching baby or looking at their picture helps to increase output while pumping. Also, you need to be totally relaxed and sitting in the right position!

Don't worry about how much you express as baby can always get more out than a pump. I could never express very much at all. Keep pumping to maintain supply and once LO has their tongue tie sorted get them on the boob as much possible and it will all be fine. xxxxx

Which estee lauder do you use hun, I have this same skin problem and it drives me crazy. i use mabylene (sp?) mousse atm and in the morning my skin looks good but as the day goes on the make up wears off! Keep wanting to try something new but never know what to go for!
