    6 week check-up

    OHHH I did, at the 6 week check up, they are suppose to check your stitches and give a pep smear, to make sure all is ok. Some doctors may differ but I'd ask if they'd need to check anything else, just in case, give them a call today and ask, least you'll be prepared.

    Making up bottles..would it be OK if..? *It seems not :-(*

    I make up a bottle of milk before I go to bed, boiling water, add the milk powder, shake it, then add cooler water in to add up to the right amount. Give it a few mins to cool down then pop it in the fridge. Then pop it in the micro wave when needed. The next morning I make 3 bottles up...

    pooing after having a baby

    Porridge! Big help, it gets your 'system' moving :wink: Lots of water, porridge, fruit and laxatives..................don't strain yourself though hun! It took me up to 2 months, to poo properly, I got so scared at one point, re fused to go lol
