Brooks is a really good brand of running shoe. I ended up going for mizuno. The local running shop had a running machine where they videoed how I ran and then picked the shoe to best suit my running style. Will have a look at the brands mentioned for clothes, thanks girls :-)

Always better to get checked and like lynette says, it's over quickly. I got my results back and everything is normal :yay: so happy as really expected it to be abnormal again!

I have long thick hair too and wouldn't recommend having it too short as when it's thick you need the length to weigh it down (I had mine really short years ago and it just looked even thicker) You could have it layered at the front and thinned out and maybe take it up a few inches. Sometimes...

I get mine highlighted regularly. I just waited until I was past the first tri and then went and got it done again. My hairdresser said its more to do with how your hair reacts to the dye when you're pregnant (hormones) but she also said highlights were better as the dye doesn't actually touch...
