OMG Crumpets. I used to have 2 in a morning for breakfast on Weight Watchers with marmite on as theyre only 4 points for 2 but now Im eating 3 in a morning with philli and marmite on !

My friend at work has said the best thing she had when she was pregnant through the summer was Mint Leg Cooling Gel from a holistic shop. She said it was amazing for moisture, cooling and stopping swelling. Body Shop do one but its not the same thing apparently. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks...

Any amonia based dye is not good for baby but in all my books and my Dr said its fine to dye your hair as long as its not bleached. I use live colours of movida and although Ive been told its ok, Im still refraining and my roots totally need doing as my hair is dyed black and my roots come...

5 cans of coke is allowed which I thought was insane and 2 cups instant coffee. I cut it out altogether at first but now I allow myself about 2 lattes a week and 2 large glasses of diet coke a week too with decaf and herbal tea in between. Its nice as a treat.
