how often do you use them? do you test everyday around the time you think you ovulate or every other day? on a 28 day cycle when would you test and how frequently?

i have an amount that goes in for child tax credits and then CHB which is like the old family allowance, should i also have an amount for working tax credits or does that come in with the child tax credits amount? should it show a seperate amount for working tax credits? hope ive explained that ok?
