thanks for that :hug: yes he does breathe very quick when he's gettin gon the plane etc. almost to a state of hyperventilating. i bet breathing exercises would work wonders for him!

my oh is scared sh*tless of flying. he just cant do it. im telling him to make an apointment with the dr and ask about being referred for a hypnotist to try and sort him out! im presuming im right in thinking the dr *could* do this? anyway, has anyone had this done, does it actually work?!
