We've been lucky enough to buy one from a friend 2nd hand. Haven't used it yet obviously as we need to wait a couple of months before we can use bottles to make sure he doesn't get confused, but everyone says this is the most comfortable and effective.

Just had my 37/38 week midwife appointment and baby is still doing fine. He has finally started to move down though and is 2/5ths engaged! I know this doesn't mean anything and baby can stay like that for weeks, but it's good to know he's heading in the right direction.
