    Arghhhhhh!

Feel like being able to scream instead of type! Why do I have a 9 month old who sleeps and feeds like a newborn? Wish I knew where I've gone wrong. Im the only one who can settle him as he just carries on screaming at oh until I feed him. Sometimes I just feel like going out and leaving them to...

I only bf my dd about 5 months due to work and you weaned much earlier 15 years ago too so never got to this funny 9 month stage. K will now pull my top up or down and just try to latch himself on, he feeds in the most random difficult positions possible and this morning literally jumped from me...

Free and very cheap toy and play ideas thread

I thought it would be a nice idea to start a toy/play type of thread as sometimes its hard to think of what to play or do with babies and toddlers and toys can be so expensive to keep buying and they soon get bored of them. So Ill start with 'treasure baskets' Some of you probably go to...

Kynon is a greedy little boy! He's started shoveling loads of food in at once, more than I would put in my mouth! he is also getting lazy with chewing, so swallowing really big lumps then either crying cos it hurts going down or gagging lots so he's sick and the lumps come back up. He don't...

    Breast feeders who are weaning

How often are your babies feeding now? K has really started to cut back during the day and is far too nosey to bf when there are other things going on. Should I now offer just water in his beaker during the day or breast milk in his beaker? He always has water with meals.

    Getting rid of Smoke smell?

I've just brought a pre-loved toy from facebay but it smells really bad of smoke, I didn't know until I got home and took it out of the bag. It's a plastic toy so will scrub but wondered what you would scrub it with to not take the colour out but get rid of the smell?

    After bath screaming.

Kynon loves his bath but getting him out is a massive battle every night. Soon as he's out he screams until he's dried and dressed! He fights against me putting his nappy on so we often get night leaks as it not on right where he won't stay still. He makes himself cough he's crying so much. I've...

The lady was lovely she owns 3 small nurseries locally and...

Well tonights bath was eventful! First Kynon wee'd all over the floor and rolled about in it while the bath was running. Then he did a massive floater in the bath which made him cry so I got him out quickly and called my dd to find something to fish it out with, she tripped up the stairs in a...

I picked up a few snacks yesterday to keep in my bag for when we are out, like those goodies ones that are natural ingredients, just some cereal style bars and carrot sticks (more like a crisp than a carrot!) and one the back it says not suitable for under 12 months! Why?
