Hi everyone. Just thought I'd post to say that Lucy Cameron Gray was born on 5th Oct at 17:20, weighing 8lbs5ozs. Labour started well but after 36hrs I was unable to progress past 8cm dilation and it ended with a c-section. We're absolutely delighted with her :)

I haven't really focused on it at all, I'm like you - planning on worrying about shifting any weight after the baby arrives. I did get quite a pleasant surprise when the midwife weighed me at 36wks though. Apparently I'd only put on 1kg since she last weighed me at 13wks. I must have lost some...

I know exactly how you feel. I'm at the same stage, and there's loads I could be doing, but I have zero motivation to do anything but eat & sleep! It's so exciting to think how close we are to having baba's here though!

I got a nappy cake from work when I left for maternity leave. I'd never heard of them before but it's a really lovely gift and looked brilliant all wrapped up! :) I think there's a few websites do them?

I'm going to go mad tomorrow don't worry. Wasn't much I could do today, as apparently they deliver up until 9pm so could have still arrived. It's mothercares mistake, as the baby plan account we set up has the correct address, but for some reason they gave the courier a different door number...

Definitely pooing & farting at the top of my list too. I'd be so ashamed! My OH would never let me live it down either! I hope I can keep control of myself too, I don't like bringing attention to myself at the best of times, I'd hate to be screaming the place down

Ouch I hope your ankle's better soon Chookette :) Had a bit of a nightmare today, was expecting my mothercare delivery with car seat. Phoned at 9am was told yeah it'll definitely be delivered today. Phoned back close to 5pm, a bit worried why it hadn't arrived - they've only given the courier...
