I read someones post about getting their birth notes from the hospital. Do they take your pregnancy notes off you to put with your main medical notes or do you keep them? The ones you take to the midwife through pregnancy?

Been playing with my pushchair and coverting to and from pram mode. When in pram mode though there are no restraints/harness :think: So is baby secure just lying down in the pram with no restraint or anything? Do people just swaddle baby up and they stay pretty still? :?
