Take your time. I agree that it is prob best to wait until after your first AF. When mine came it made me feel as if my body was back into the cycle. At first I could not think about ttc again. I know this is an old post but what is the advantage of men taking folic acid? Just curious beause I have a cheap new bottle and now that I have managed to convince DH to take a multi vitamin I might be able to talk him round to the folic acid too. Anyone got any ideas??
