Have u been referred yet by your gp? After a year you really should be. Have you considered complimenting private and nhs care to get the ball rolling so wen u do get ur referral you've had the basics done?
Opks do not confirm ovulation. They only confirm that your body had a high enough surge of Lh hormone to be detected by the opk. The easy way to confirm ov is by charting temps. I wouldn't be worried, opks are not always reliable. If you've only been of the pill 6 months its good ur cycles are...
The last day of a +opk is the last day of the surge. The surge happens about 12-36 before ovulation so to be prudent - would count Monday as day of ovulation and Tuesday as 1dpo.
Pinkdiamond - try some concieve plus lube, its sperm friendly and u can buy it in boots. Do not use any other type of lube ie durex as it will kill sperm.

U would need to be extra carwful on following the rules. I think it is do-ablle though. I would make sure ur all clued up by reading all the FAQs on fertility friend or tcoyf. I think tcoyf may be better as it is more detailed. Good luck.
They will look at lining when they scan but I think it will only be relevent if u are scanned at the correct time of your cycle. Sorry can't be more help.
Do not symptom spot! The majority of any 'pregnancy' synmptoms you feel will be because of ovulation and the progesterone afterwards. Take each day at a time and don't test till at least 10dpo. Good luck!
