I give my wee man full fat milk plus he's on a vitamin supplement so the best of both worlds :)

I have a woodburner in my lounge plus oil heating but the oil is way too expensive so we're installing a new woodburner and getting it fitted with a boiler to heat water/radiators :yay: So how do you heat your home?

I wouldn't worry at this age at all, a yogurt or a little bit of cheese will supply the same amount of calcium so I wouldn't worry at all :)
