anyone else got a cold?

Hi all

I was just wondring if anyone else is full of a cold? i'm finding it hard to sleep as noise is blocked, running, sneezing and finding difficult to breath.(sorry for tmi)

This is my first time and would normaly have taken all sorts of cold products, but i'm frightened to take anything in case it could be harmful, does anyone know if there is anything i could take to help me get a good nights sleep?

I've had some similar problems. My throat was all clogged, and I woke up in the middle of the night, unable to breathe properly. Absolutely terrible! Sneezing is also common, these past few days. I made it to five in a row, heehee!

im constantly sneezing
i think lemsip might elp you sleep if you have it warm just before bed but make sure you read the box or ask your dr they might be able to recomend something

Oh yeah, sleepy time teas are great, very helpful for me.

I'm sneezing a lot at the moment. got a snotty nose too. I think it's quite common

I got a cold with both my pregnancies at around 8wks.

Thank you everyone I thought it was just me full of a cold and it's made me feel better knowing I'm not allow.
