can anyone reccomend a nationwide estate agent?

Hi can anyone reccomend a nationwide estate agent as the ones we have had dealings with are really messing us about.
Also if anyone has sold their houses recently what commision have you had to pay the estate agent as im trying to find the cheapest. If i phone up to enquire they all say it depends on the house.
Any info would be greatly received

i have just sold my house waiting to exchange comtract this week.

We sold with Holmes Perman.

We were multi agent at 1%, most will say u cant get it but you can if you push for it & say u wont go on market with them unless its 1%
