Just had first scan

Just got back from my dating scan,not that is was much help,she said i was about 6 weeks but didn't give a date,i go back on the 26th of feb for another one.
Saw the little bean and a heartbeat so i feel much better now,but i have some some small fibroids so not sure how that will affect things.

Got no idea,but she said women of my age usually have them

My mum had fibroids, they're small growths in the uterus. They can easily be removed if required (although they left hers as they weren't doing any harm and she's way past child bearing age).
