Painful periods

Since I had Stanley I've had really awful painful periods I used to get just bad cramps that were bearable but what I'm getting today is pure pain that stops me in my tracks almost contraction like

Does anyone else have painful periods, what pain relief works for you? Paracetamol doesn't cut it lol xx

Have u tried ibrupeofen along side paracetamol ? The 2 work well together. My periods have been heavy since having Rhea I'm hoping the implant might help although had my period 2 weeks ago had the implant in just over a week ago and have come on again !!! Xx

I'm not on any contraception but I'm guessing I may have to go foam that route its been horrible today I know I should just man up lol but it really is painful x

Last night I got a sudden sharp pain on my right lower abdomen, felt like my ovary had exploded! This is my 2nd proper one (thanks a lot bf ) and they've both been awful especially for PMT
