Whats happening????

Every time i try and view a topic or try and post this is what appears:

Its starting to drive me nuts!!! what do i do to fix it. please help me

Hi, just wanted to say this has been happening to me a lot recently as well, I don't know why. I just keep hitting refresh until it works.

I just assumed it was a problem with the bandwidth being exceeded! I get it alot too!

I get it too...

I think its cus there are too many people logged on at once??? cus it says max user connections 48 online so if your 49 then it bombs you out?? i dunno tho
