I made savoury organic mince with fresh baby chantenay carrots, broccoli and roasted new potatoes with cracked black pepper. It was yummy.

I havent practised for years now properly. I was about 15/16 when I first became interested but have only been studying many paths of it for about 11 years. I wish I could practise more, I still do crystal work but thats it sadly. x

I never get spots ever but since being pg Ive had some horrid ones on my chin. They start red and then itch and I know theyre going to get a head on. I havent used soap on my face since I was 15. I use huggies wipes, I damp the baby wipe with very hot water, pop the spot, clean it with the wipe...

OMG Crumpets. I used to have 2 in a morning for breakfast on Weight Watchers with marmite on as theyre only 4 points for 2 but now Im eating 3 in a morning with philli and marmite on !

My friend at work has said the best thing she had when she was pregnant through the summer was Mint Leg Cooling Gel from a holistic shop. She said it was amazing for moisture, cooling and stopping swelling. Body Shop do one but its not the same thing apparently. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks...
