Firstly how old is your cat, how long have you had it and is it normally an outdoor cat? You can add him/her to missing pet register online, phone rspca's, cat rescuers, vets etc. But if he is an outdoor cat you will probably find that if you walk the streets calling him shaking a box of food...

Its a lovely tattoo :D It will itch for a few days. It depends on the tattooist as to what they tell you to put on it. I have been told never to put savalon on them (which i did with my first, which is faded). Something simple like vaseline just to stop it from drying out should be fine.
