    Same here, I'm finding diary products make me feel very nauseous. I'm hoping I'll be OK by 2nd trimester so that I can start taking in some calcium again.

    Peanut butter

    I've given up peanuts and peanut butter for the pregnancy as I've heard that it can lead to a peanut allergy in the child. Not sure how true this is, but I thought I'd follow it anyway.

    What can you eat?

    In my 1st pregnancy, I couldn't stomach anything. This time around, I've been eating lots of junk food, have gone off veg and fruit (and I normally love my fruit and veg). And I'm finding that diary foods makes me feel sick.

    Luckily the taste seems to have subsided, and my nausea is now only bad in the mornings and late evenings. I'm hoping by the time I hit the 2nd trimester, it'll be gone.

    It's not very metallicy, just very unpleasant, and I'm not a very big fan of mints either :( With my 1st pregnancy, my morning sickness lasted 2 months - as soon as I hit the 2nd trimester. I can't wait til then!

    For about a week or so now, I have been constantly having a nasty taste in the mouth. It goes when I eat and drink, but soon after, it's there again and I can't seem to shift it. And the taste isn't helping with the morning sickness either. Any tips ladies?

    Meat?

    I've been giving all different types of meat to LO. Before all her molars came through, she found it difficult to chew the meat, so I blended it and mixed it in. Now she's able to chew, I either use minced meat or cut it into very small pieces when cooking.
