So I have a almost 2 year old but due to stress, life low vitamin D and weight before getting pregnant my periods had become really irregular to the point they would stop for months on end. They never used to be like that I was very regular.
I got pregnant with my daughter and Breast-fed for 17 months where I began having periods on and off from 6 months Postpartum. It’s been about 3 months since I completely stopped breastfeeding and my periods have been non existent since. I haven’t had one since May I had 12 positive pregnancy tests all for my bloods to come back as negative.
All hormones checked via blood everything is fine, Previously had ultrasounds to check for ovary and womb health all fine no sign of PCOS or anything else so I’m confused.
there’s no cause or reason for my periods to just disappear does anyone have any idea what could be happening?
