I just can't stop thinking about it, I honestly felt my pushing stage was the worst part of labour, and she was only 6lb 7/8 ! I had a ventouse delivery, so my bits didn't have time to stretch, I had an episiotomy and also ended up with second degree labial tearing, my bits were in a right mess...
