    Can't sleep, depressed at another night of nothing, after having twinges yesterday afternoon. Being induced on Sunday if nothing happens by then, and have just realised that, if baby is born on Sunday, it's birth date will 06/07/08, so that would be cool, despite being 9 DAYS LATE!!!! Hope...

    weight loss towards the end of pregnancy

    I've lost weight this last week, much to my delight, so think its normal. Don't know how I did it as I've been eating loads of chocolate and having frequent curries!

    Don't worry, I think it's only natural to have a few pangs of envy - it's such an emotional time for everyone. Have to admit, having a few myself at the moment! Once we've all got our babies in our arms, all this waiting will be forgotten :hug: :hug: :hug:

    Unfortunately everything's stopped for me today :wall: :wall: :wall: But doc did say yesterday that the sweep doesn't normally have any effect for 48 hours, so we'll see what happens tonight/tomorrow...

    Woke up this morning pretty p*ssed off too after another night of no signs. Saw doctor this morning, he did a sweep and said I was 2cm without me even knowing it! :cheer: Cervix is soft but thick - needs to thin out now. Have been getting tightenings ever since but couldn't call them...
