4cms and nipple stimulation

Well i've dilated to 4 cms now!!! Still no real sign of Thea coming though!!!

My midwife recommended nipple stimulation today as a way to try to regulate my contractions. She told me to use my breast pump and do it for 20 minutes on each nipple then wait an hour and start again. So thats what i've been doing today lol. Im sitting here now with my boobs hanging out attached to my breast pump. Hell i must look like a freak.

Its definately making the contractions feel stronger but they arent getting anymore regular or closer together yet. Im allowed to do it once more (she said no more than 4 four hours at a time) and then i have to try again tomorrow.

aww sorry you're been teased by baby! but you're lucky to be 4cm and not even at you're due date yet!! baby will come when baby is ready no point trying to force things it will just stress you out .
