6 dpo - Bad cramps

Hi All

I am a bit worried I am 6 dpo and have really low cramps. quite painfull stabbing almost plus on last vist to loo (TMI ALERT) I had a browny smudge on the paper. Is this it am I out this month.

At 6 dpo it could maybe be implantation bleeding/cramps?

Also it could be AF, have you recently come off any birth control??

Hi Not been only on any birth control since July. I am prone to irregular cycles but the last two months have been really good and on time. Its so frustrating.

Feels like AF which is so depressing.
