Anyone have endometrioma on ovary

I had a scan on the 14th of March I was on cd 18 was told I had endometrioma on my right ovary, I've had no pain or discomfort on that side up until today which is cd 13 " ovulation day " now I'm in alot of pain since last night completely abnormal I usually get pain for around an hour then it's gone last night it hurt to sit down went bed hoped ide wake up without pain but its still there and still bad, I'm also having pain across my abdomen below my belly button anyone ever had anything like this Also just to add the pain increased when I went to pee but only around my ovary area definitely NOT a uti

I'm sorry, I have no experience of what you're going through but it sounds like it's definitely worth talking to your doctor if the pain is getting worse! But I also just wanted to say that I only have one functional ovary and we're currently expecting our third child, so please don't be disheartened! It certainly hasn't been an easy journey for us but it's not impossible. Good luck xx
