Blue veins?????

Blue veins on both breasts, curving around nipples - nipples also have a darker ring around them and are tender to touch. Are these pregnancy signs or just PMS? Never noticed them before.

I had and still have great big blue veins all over my bbs but the nipples have only just started to darken but then i am very fair. Sounding good hunni!!
