Awww I'm so sorry - I really sympathise I am often at the mercy of this sort of bossiness and interference. As you said you really don't need this right now, and whatever happens it's yours and DH's choice. Can you ask him to gently tell his Mum to back off? I don't know how you're so calm as I would probably be screaming!
