ooohhh thats a toughy i am not sure where it leaves you insurance wise but it shouldnt make any difference to the bank if you have a postal address surely? it should be fun though, what kind of holiday let are you thinking about? a chalet orstatic caravan? some of them are lvely, we had a 3 bedroom 37 foot long static and it was great!

We're hoping to stay in a lodge on a holiday park for 3 months but as everything is getting booked over easter and we haven't got a completion date I'm worrying that there will be no availabilty so could hire a large camper van or something for those few weeks and go to a camping site if we need to. It'll be fun with a baby .

My mum lived in a caravan by the seaside for 5 months. She just had everything set up at my sister's til she moved into the new place.
