Leg cramp with a difference!

Right, I'm honestly not overreacting for a change, I AM IN AGONY!!!! I have woken up for the past 3 nights with awful leg cramp, (which I can just about handle!) But its left my leg so painfull, I'm stuggling to put any wieght on it. Surely its not right to be affecting me this much? xxx

I was going to suggest it might be nerve related too?

oh, i dont know? Could it be? I really hope not as its really so sore tonght to put wieght on my leg. I have to stand up all day at work too......
