Yesterday I went to the shopping mall..wondered around at couple of shops and ended up coming back after an hour..I think I did walk for 40-45 mins but at a very slow pace..since then I am having bad pain in my lower legs..

I used to walk quite a bit before pregnancy but was surprised that even a small grocery tour can cause so much exhaustion and pain..and then i am just 19 weeks..Does any one else also get this pain or I am walking too much...
