Anyone know how I would get into it and what sort of qualifications I need? Would I have to study nursing first before I go onto study Midwifery? Any help would be much appriciated

What she said LOL

I'll be applying in about 5 years time, be warned though usually about 800 applicants and only 40 odd places - it's very competitve :)

Thanks girls
I know it will be hard to get on to but I'm willing to give it a shot if I can!

Direct entry is a 3 year course.

You can go into it on an 18 month course, if you are an RGN, however this is being phased out.

It is incredibly competitive..

One of the uni's ive applied for is over 1000 applicants 60 interviews and 18 places
