Do you guys let you urine sample get to room temp before you do the test? How long do you leave it to cool down for? And also what time of day do you do it? I've been doing mine between 2pm & 3pm. Sorry for all the questions lol.

do mine 6pm when i get in from work, and no i've never let it cool down cos i'm too impatient!!!

Hi,

I always do mine at the same time as you 3pm-4pm, as i do it in work its not practical to let it cool down first! I just pee on the stick!

Hey dee,

I was doing mine FMU initially until i realised you werent supposed but i got my POSITIVE surge with second wee of the day but I hadnt been for four hours before that which killed me! I also did it the evening before that and got nothing.

I don't think the issue is it being too warm but if you worked in a lab and were dealing with refriigerated samples that would cuase a problem.
