Please can I have another night like last night??

After recent teething woes (Ethans first 2 came thru) and having 2-3 night wakings last night Ethan did his best night ever!! He went to sleep around 7pm, didnt wake til 5am, fed, then went back to sleep by himself and didnt get up til 7.30am!! It was amazing
Seriously hoping he can repeat this!! But sadly I think it may just be a one off!
