Tri 1 to 2

I was just wondering when people tend to move from tri 1 to 2?

Would it be at the beginning of week 13 or at the end of week 13 as u go into week 14?

I went when I was 14 weeks

I was wondering this, because although you're considered in your second trimester when you turn 13 weeks, according to the forum it's 14 weeks!
