Weight Watchers - Monday

Have finally decided that on Monday I am starting weight watchers again. Need to lose weight and eating healthy and exercising isn't doing it. So back to rigidly counting points again - and sticking to the old system cos I know it works. Can't get to grips with the new ones at all. So I'm asking that all you girlies give me good kick up the arse and get me into gear first thing Monday morning. :)

Day 1 - going good so far :)

Breakfast 2 weetabix, milk and actimel - total 3 points

Lunch will be scrambled egg, toast with sliver of butter on bread - total 5 points

Dinner prepared for work tonight - Salad - total 6 points

Have completed 45 mins spin class - exercise points earned - 5
