I drink water and try to have at least 6 glasses a day. No caffeine. No fizzy crap. Some juice but limit it. I don't count milk. But I drink at least one large glass of that a day also. And yes, if you do have days where you don't drink enough your breast milk supply can dip.

Yup ditto what was said above, Feed lying down and he'll fill up and come off your boob when he is ready then. Much easier than faffing trying to settle him or hold him to feed.
